Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola says the next four matches will be crucial for the team as they push for silverware both at home and in Europe.

Pep Guardiola’s side picked their 20th successive win against West Ham on Saturday, further boosting their chances of wrestling the title from Liverpool.

Speaking ahead of Tuesday night’s match against Wolves, Guardiola urged his side to focus on the upcoming fixtures, and forget about their recent run.

“We don’t want to stop,” he said when asked about our run of victories ahead of the Wolves fixture.

“We know how important this 10 days is with Wolves, United, and Southampton before traveling to Fulham. If we are able to do what we want to do, we will make an incredible step, absolutely.

“I want to see the team focusing on the job we have to do. I said many times lately, we have two ways to view what is happening.

“We see what we have done and just reflect on that or keep doing things and get to take three more points through our game and not just see what we have done so far.”

Guardiola has no new injuries going into the match at Etihad, with Nathan Ake the only player expected to miss the clash as he recovers from an injury.

“Everyone is fine,” he added. “Except Nathan, the rest of the players are fine.

“The history against them shows us how tough it has been and tomorrow it will be.

“We know exactly the type of game we have to play and to be so intense but at the same time be calm because they play with ambition and patience to punish you.

City have a tough run of fixtures in the coming weeks, which could prove crucial in the race to the title.
