Machine Gun Kelly finally popped the question to Megan Fox — and we’re not at all surprised to learn the proposal involved drinking blood!
The couple, who were first romantically linked in 2020, shared the news on both their Instagram accounts on Wednesday. MGK’s post included a close-up vid of his lady love’s impressive ring, while the actress shared the actual moment it happened!
The footage showed the 31-year-old hitmaker getting down on one knee in a spot that holds a special place in the pairs’ heart, while the Jennifer’s Body star stood with her hands over her mouth. After the shock wore off, the actress dropped to her knees and let the Bloody Valentine singer put the ring on her finger, then the couple embraced and shared a celebratory smooch.

Meg explained why the location of the proposal was so special in the caption, writing:
“In July of 2020 we sat under this banyan tree. We asked for magic. We were oblivious to the pain we would face together in such a short, frenetic period of time. Unaware of the work and sacrifices the relationship would require from us but intoxicated off of the love. And the karma. Somehow a year and a half later, having walked through hell together, and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him. And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes.”
Apparently, the celebratory moment ended with a very on-brand act for the twin flames, as the actress noted:
“…and then we drank each other’s blood 1.11.22.”
